Shipping

All items are sent via tracked airmail (or in some cases of large items, EMS) via Japan Post. Preordered items are generally sent out within a week of the release date. If you order items that are released on different days, your items will be shipped when all items have been picked up. Shipped orders generally arrive in 7-10 business days, but sometimes items get stuck in customs and the wait is longer (especially if your country is having a major holiday or strike).

We are not responsible for customs charges incurred.

If your item is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you. We do not give refunds for returned packages. You will have to pay the shipping charge again for the item to be resent.

After your package leaves Japan, I cannot provide any information or support. It is your responsibility to follow up with your local post office if you have questions or concerns.

If you have an order that has not been filled yet and you place another order, I will combine shipping f the items are released within 30 days of each other, and refund you the difference at the time of shipping.


Products - In Stock, Pick-ups & Preorders

We guarantee that all products sold are licensed, genuine articles.

Some items on the “In Stock” page may be used or vintage. We try our best to describe in detail any flaws. Please ask if you have questions! Vintage items are generally not mint condition.

Preordered items are usually picked up within 3 days of the release. Sometimes, due to popularity or buying limitations, it may take longer to fill your order. If an item is sold out, you will be refunded for that item.

Pick-up items are usually picked-up once a week, generally on the weekend.


Returns and exchanges

Preordered/pickup items are not eligible for returns or exchange. This is because most Japanese stores do not accept returns. If your item hasn’t been picked up yet, the order can be cancelled, so please contact us.

In stock items can be returned, but you must pay the shipping cost to send it back. You will be refunded after the item is received by us. Items that were new must not be damaged or used.
